Property Description
This island home is located within
the prestigious Cayman Kai development on the North Side of the Island. If
you’re looking for a spacious, comfortable, quiet home on the beach this is the
perfect tropical getaway for your family. This house has 5 bedrooms,
accommodating up to 10 people, with a beautiful master suite, bar area, glass
living room, family room, kitchen, deck, and washer and dryer. Three of the
bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twin beds and one has a King bed. There
are a total of four bathrooms, one with the master suite, one shared by two
bedrooms and one for each of the additional two bedrooms. There is also a pack
and play for an infant. Local phone service, cable TV with DVD player and
high-speed internet access, is included. The backyard is phenomenal ~ the clearest water that is
every shade of blue in the Caribbean, sugar sand beach, palm trees, coral reef
100 yards offshore and privacy for your ultimate comfort and enjoyment.
Just a few minutes away is Rum Point, a popular tourist destination famous for
its beach, food, and water sports. From Rum Point you can take a boat to
Stingray City, Cayman’s most famous tourist attraction ~ the only place in the
world that you can swim with hundreds of tame stingrays. A short drive will take
you to other enjoyable eating places such as Kaibo, the Tortuga Club, the Reef,
and Portifinos. Trust us though you won’t want to leave the house that often!
The secluded backyard is the prescription for relaxation! Snorkeling is amazing
right from the house and the beauty of the tropical Caribbean that is so sought
after can be found right outside the back door. Indigenous wild Cayman parrots
can be seen in the sea grape or palm trees that grow on the property. At night,
far from any city lights, the brightness of the stars is as mesmerizing as the
heavens are vast. Serene, Peaceful, and Simple. No long drives necessary for the
perfect solution that lets all your worries melt away.
So whether the rays that you have been longing to enjoy are the stingrays or the
sunrays, you can find everything you are looking for all in one place where you
can let the waves lull you, let the breezes calm you, and let the spirit of the
tropics rejuvenate you!

Rental Rates for Sea Grape
In Season $600 per night (up to 6 guests)
Off Season $400 per night (up to 6 guests)
Our rental homes are able to accommodate large groups comfortably, but due to
the high cost of utilities on Grand Cayman an additional charge will be assessed
for groups of more than six people. The additional charge will only be assessed
for each person over the allotted six person group and will be $40 per night,
per additional person . (Assessed for persons 13 years of age and up only)
In season period - December 15th
thru May 1st
Off Season period - May 2nd thru December 14th
Maid Service is available at
$50.00 for 2 ½ hours. Please request arrangements at least two weeks in advance
of your visit.
Accommodations fill up well in advance, especially during the in season period.
So in order to avoid scheduling problems we strongly advise making your
reservations as early as possible.
