Rental Rates for Mai Tai Kai

In Season $ per night (up to 6 guests)
Off Season $ per night (up to 6 guests)

Our rental homes are able to accommodate large groups comfortably, but due to the high cost of utilities on Grand Cayman an additional charge will be assessed for groups of more than six people. The additional charge will only be assessed for each person over the allotted six person group and will be $40 per night, per additional person . (Assessed for persons 13 years of age and up only)

In season period - December 15th thru May 1st
Off Season period - May 2nd thru December 14th

Maid Service is available at $50.00 for 2 ½ hours. Please request arrangements at least two weeks in advance of your visit.

Accommodations fill up well in advance, especially during the in season period.
