Property Description
This house is a real treat for all
sun worshipers and beach bums. Come and enjoy the island life in relaxed
comfort. Located in Cayman Kai, a quiet, prestigious area on the North side of
Grand Cayman, Coral Loft is a tropical oasis waiting for you! Coral Loft
features 4 bedrooms, three on the first floor and one in the upstairs loft. The
first floor pink bedroom has a queen size bed. The other three bedrooms have
king size beds. There are 2.5 bathrooms on the first floor, one with the master
suite, a guest powder room and the other shared by two bedrooms. The loft
bedroom has its own private bath. This house can easily accommodate up to 8
people. There is also a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, bar area,
screened porch and deck. Local phone service, cable TV and high-speed internet
access are included. The view of
the beach from the loft and first floor is spectacular.
The sugar sand beach on the gorgeous, reef-protected Caribbean Sea is your
backyard. Enjoy the serenity and privacy of your own beach. Go snorkeling,
explore the reef, soak up the sun, or relax in the shade.
Cayman’s most famous tourist attraction is Stingray City, the only place in the
world that you can swim with hundreds of tame stingrays. Conveniently, the boat
to Stingray City is a short distance away, at Rum Point, where you can also find
good food, shopping, and water sports. You can also find good food at the
restaurant Kaibo, less than a 5 minute drive away, or at the Tortuga Club, the
Reef, or Portifinos, all about a 15 minute drive away. The Driftwood has its
famous barbeque every Sunday afternoon.

Sea Grape and Coral Loft are less than a quarter of a mile apart so if you would
like to vacation with family and friends and need more than one location these
two homes are close enough to be convenient but far enough away to allow
everyone their own space.
If you haven’t already made your car rental reservations we’d like to recommend
McCurley’s Rental Car Company. They will pick you up at the airport in an
air-conditioned van, transport you to your destination where they will have a
rental car waiting for you or they can have one waiting for you at the airport.

Rental Rates for Coral
Loft
In Season $500 per night (up to 6 guests)
Off Season $350 per night (up to 6 guests)
Our rental homes are able to accommodate large groups comfortably, but due to
the high cost of utilities on Grand Cayman an additional charge will be assessed
for groups of more than six people. The additional charge will only be assessed
for each person over the allotted six person group and will be $40 per night,
per additional person . (Assessed for persons 13 years of age and up only)
In season period - December
15th thru May 1st
Off Season period - May 2nd thru December 14th
Maid Service is available at
$50.00 for 2 ½ hours. Please request arrangements at least two weeks in advance
of your visit.
Accommodations fill up well in advance, especially during the in season period.
So in order to avoid scheduling problems we strongly advise making your
reservations as early as possible.
