Property Description
Imagine relaxing in the shade,
swinging in a hammock watching the gorgeous blue water or imagine swimming in
the pristine Caribbean water or soaking up the sun on the sundeck, all in your
own backyard. You can do all this at Coconut Cove. This spacious house, in West
Bay, Grand Cayman, easily holds 10+ people. There are four bedrooms, two with
queen sized beds, one with a full size bed and a master bedroom with 2 queen
size beds, 2 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen, living room with a panoramic
view of the sea, family room, washer and dryer, and large screened porch. There
is phone service, cable TV and high-speed internet access. On the seashore is a sundeck,
an umbrella table, lounge chairs, and two iron shore coves providing access to
the sea.
From the sundeck you have a wonderful view of Georgetown and seven mile beach.
Bring your binoculars! Enjoy watching airplanes and cruise ships arriving and
departing. Parasailers, sailboats and jet skiers are a common site. At night you
can see the city lights and occasional fireworks.
The legendary seven mile beach is a very short walk away (three properties
away). Most guests prefer to enjoy the vivid waters of the Caribbean from the
privacy of the two sheltered iron shore coves on this property. Another short
distance away is Cemetery Beach, a popular diving and snorkeling location,
although the backyard proves just as beautiful and more private.
Getting away could not be more convenient as grocery stores and amazing
restaurants, such as Calypso Grill, Cracked Conch, and Ristorante Pappagallo,
are only minutes away. Popular tourist destinations such as the Turtle Farm and
Hell are close by. Seven Mile Beach offers a full choice of restaurants,
shopping centers, and beaches equipped with water sport facilities.
You can see one of the most spectacular shows from the sundeck come nightfall.
The sunsets are unbelievable and once darkness falls, the number and brightness
of the stars visible is breathtaking.
So pack your bags, your bathing suit, your sunglasses, and get ready for blue
skies, blue water, and no worries. Prepare for utter relaxation and island
excitement. This offers the best of both worlds!

Rental Rates for
Coconut Cove
In Season $400 per night (up to 6 guests)
Off Season $300 per night (up to 6 guests)
Our rental homes are able to accommodate large groups comfortably, but due to
the high cost of utilities on Grand Cayman an additional charge will be assessed
for groups of more than six people. The additional charge will only be assessed
for each person over the allotted six person group and will be $40 per night,
per additional person . (Assessed for persons 13 years of age and up only)
In season period - December
15th thru May 1st
Off Season period - May 2nd thru December 14th
Maid Service is available at
$50.00 for 2 ½ hours. Please request arrangements at least two weeks in advance
of your visit.
Accommodations fill up well in advance, especially during the in season period.
So in order to avoid scheduling problems we strongly advise making your
reservations as early as possible.
